Alison came into visit us and assessed our needs, then Nick completed the installation. I just want to say a huge thank you to you and Nick for obtaining and installing the new telephone system. I cannot explain how stressful last week was exaggerated by B.T.’s lack of any care what-so-ever.

You met with us at the beginning of the week, provided a quotation, and installed the phones in a super quick time and to be fair to Nick, he never stopped. He gave us complete confidence in what he was doing and really is a great ambassador of your company.

When we needed a 2nd broadband installing Alison was quick to act providing us with a speedy response and competitive quote.

They liaised with Openreach on our behalf to have the new Sogea line installed as quickly as possible and their engineer (Mat) came the next day to reconfigure all our telephones and card payment machines and ensured everything was working correctly.

They are always helpful, nothing is too much trouble and are always available as and when we need them.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Running a design and marketing agency requires solid and robust broadband, it’s business critical that we can respond and react to client requests and deliver projects, either updating content or transferring large files.

We struggled for years with our BT fibre, it never delivered on the speeds and constantly dropped out. Since TinCan have taken over the service it’s been nothing but brilliant. We always achieve the speed we pay for, have had no down time at all. It has literally saved us so much time and money.

The communications and service from their sales team from the start to aftercare and Nick, the engineer installing the kit was second to none – a great experience all round. If you are a business owner struggling with broadband, you know what to do!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were with our previous provider for years, dealing with constant issues—similar to our experience with BT before that. We had come to accept this as the norm for telecoms. However, when Amy visited us, it was a completely different experience from the usual pushy sales tactics we had encountered. She was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed all our concerns (and there were many)!

We decided to take the plunge, and I can say that the entire team has far exceeded our expectations. The transition of several services across two sites was smooth, and we received updates throughout every step. What's even better is their availability; they are always at the end of the phone when we need something, unlike our previous suppliers who often took days to return calls—if they did at all!

Prior to meeting with Amy, it was like we were two completely separate businesses.

Amy has made it possible and now our two separate sites are fully connected and, can hold and transfer calls between sites; it’s finally as though we are one business.

Not only has Tincan completely enhanced the way we communicate with our customers when they call us, we now rarely miss calls due to the missed call capture feature, and when we do, we are able to call them straight back with ease. Thus improving our communication with our customers and the way we work as a business, together.
